$65 for 6 week session OR $12 per class for each adult/child group (maximum 2 children per adult)
This "Mommy and Me" class is open to children ages 4 to 8 years old with a responsible adult. Each session will include a mixture of breathwork, yoga and creative mindfulness activities appropriate to this age group.
