The No Evil Project is a founding partner organization of Pakachoag Center. It is a nonprofit that uses art, humour, and conversation to challenge stereotypes and help people find commonality despite their differences.

Troy is a web designer and photographer who created the No Evil Project in 2011 and is the primary photographer, photographing over 9,500 people so far at festivals, schools, and organizations. He has given a TEDx talk about labels and stereotypes, and how the project is helping people and even being used as a health program. Since 2005, his photography has been published in numerous books, magazines, and websites. His work also has been featured in group and solo art exhibits, including part of a GE funded health promotion project in Times Square, and the Fitchburg Art Museum Community Gallery.
