Jenn Wall from Honey Wall Holistics will share herb and tea blends to help manage the symptoms of Seasonal Depression, increase mood and energy, help with sleep, and promote a sense of calm and well-being.

Krystal Linn from Sur-Thrive Wellness will talk about the brain science of seasonal depression, how mindfulness can help manage symptoms, and when to seek additional help.
